Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
The site is very easy to access. I worked in a daycare so I know it well. I am a childcare assistant and having worked in a daycare, I am very satisfied with my order and the products received since I already knew them. The only downside is the delivery; if the delivery person could have left the packages on the sidewalk, he would have done it, but my husband being a former delivery driver motivated him to bring the packages to the right place.

The order was received quite quickly but the product was delivered without fittings. It is stated in the delivery section 'delivered without fittings' but not knowing that the said 'fittings' were the fasteners, I did not pay attention to it. Mistake!!! €40 for fittings, competitors are much cheaper for equivalent quality.

Product meets my expectations. Deadline respected. Just a downside about the packaging, a large box for a small doll and the plastic difficult to detach from the cardboard, not great for recycling, it seems to me.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for this long wait and regret that the delivery did not meet our quality commitments. Unfortunately, the product went out of stock when you placed your order. A few weeks therefore passed between manufacturing and restocking. We hope nonetheless that the product brings you satisfaction and that you will trust us again by returning to our site soon. Have a good day.

Very good product good quality the foam does not move even when my two big girls lean on it to play with their little 7-month-old sister. Too bad there is a small snag on the yellow module at the corner

Delivery time respected but fast shipping costs are expensive compared to other sites. Packaging much too large for the product. A better-adapted packaging could perhaps reduce shipping costs.
