A wide choice of quality products. Even if some prices seem a bit exaggerated...

Clear site. Good order tracking. Fast shipping. Receipt of the posters was impeccable, but the small package was not sturdy enough to support the weight of other packages: it was 'squashed' on one side and the post had to reinforce it (on the side where the package was empty..). This slowed down its reception... but no breakage... phew!

Very good choice of wooden games, good quality, original, reasonable prices. The floor mats are also of good quality for baby crawling and rolling over!

navigation on the site could be improved, more intuitive. Delivery okay, complicated but Christmas period and late order, well-prepared package arrived torn but nothing damaged, recyclable package top!

The cutlery was thrown loosely in the box without any protection, even the box itself. This is unacceptable during COVID times and for a company that works with nurseries. The box was three times too big for the contents. Really very disappointed, I wanted to order a hammock nest and a chair for my daughter from you, but that's not going to be possible. Really very disappointed. Best regards.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are particularly concerned about our impact on the environment. That is why we strive to limit over-packaging as much as possible. Furthermore, some products require reinforced packaging to ensure safety during transport (hence the choice of a box rather than an envelope in your case). We are convinced that you will be able to give a second life to this cardboard package. We hope that these explanations will shed a little more light on our choices and that we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future on our site. Have a nice day.

Not unpacked, Christmas purchase, but good order tracking, and the quality of the product has already proven itself.

Navigating the site with a mobile phone is quite tedious. The delivery was catastrophic with packages thrown from the other side of my garden gate in the rain. One of the products was delivered with bottles half full.

A little disappointment because I ordered my bin to replace the one my daughter broke. But the colors are no longer the same at all (formerly a nice transparent purple but now a pale and opaque purple).

Difficulty in placing a first order. And item received in a different color than chosen. This justifies 4 stars. Otherwise, excellent products.

Products well packaged despite the bottom of the box being wet, the inside remained dry. The mat was delivered with slightly open plastic packaging, so the mat was dirty in that spot, fortunately, it washes very well. Everything was delivered at the same time, within the allotted time. No errors in the order.

I received my order in two parts without being notified or receiving a message, so I thought it was incomplete at first, then I checked my order on the website... maybe a lack of communication, otherwise a very good product.

Easy navigation on the site, careful shipping but disappointed with one of the products in the order, I expected better for one of the sets.... for imitation toys I find it very unfortunate to mark the brand on each food item of the playset and very visibly too!
