Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Bed available only in wood. Assembly of the bed barrier very complicated and poorly explained in the instructions. Quality of the screws needs to be reviewed. The assembly key is not suitable for the location of the screws. Very dissatisfied with the delivery service that delivered the 6 beds in front of the nursery door during lunch!! 350kg to carry for parents to access and in case of fire: an inaccessible emergency exit! We wanted them to be dropped off in the building next door, but the delivery person didn't have time!! Convenient to make a delivery without a signature, which allows them not to have to wait for the person in charge of the structure.

Very good, fast and compliant delivery. I just had a problem with the delivery. I had to pick up my package at a relay point even though I chose home delivery (and I was present at home that day)

first delivery error in several years that I have been ordering. What disappoints me is that there is no quick response from Wesco to remedy this error. I have not heard back since my report.
