Very good products, delivery before the estimated date, a wide choice of products. I would set prices a bit high for some of the products.

Order prepared and received within a perfectly acceptable timeframe. Impeccable products. The box used for shipping was about 5 times too big. I regret this choice which harms the environment. Ecology is one of my criteria for selecting my suppliers.

Fast delivery, well packaged. The site is accessible but not always easy to search for a specific item.

Error on the color of the ball, my son wanted a blue one and we received a purple one. And very very disappointed with the giant beads as some do not clip; poor finishes. We are waiting for a commercial gesture from you, hoping for a favorable response. Regards, MME SCHNEIDER..

Easy to track my package, clear information. However, a delivery person without a mask who does not respect barrier gestures by bringing a paper to sign without any distancing.

Given the circumstances, the service is good. I was always kept informed about the progress of my order, which I finally received by post, thank you.

One downside on the delivery service. The package was not handed directly to us. The delivery person neither called nor rang the intercom, despite our presence at home.

It took a while to arrive but given the current times, it's completely understandable!

Order without problems, but why so many boxes? A few brushes in a huge box seems like a lot of waste... too bad...

Always delighted and satisfied with my orders at Wesco. This one arrived a bit later due to the current health situation, so I obviously don't hold it against them. Items conforming and of good quality. Maybe a small disappointment regarding one of them which seemed to already be a return from another person (opened box resealed with a second tape, item with slight scratches...). Nevertheless, I recommend this serious and professional site.

Had the same problem with a Chronopost delivery: several texts indicating that the package would be delivered at such time at home which I do not leave because I am confined! And the last text to say that the package was dropped off at a relay point! I do not understand...

Not a practical site, I ordered a green 130 cm motor skills mat and received a blue mat twice that I did not order.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your order was indeed a victim of confusion. We hope, in the current context, that you will not hold it against us. You will soon receive the mat of your choice.
