The delivery was very long!
Nothing to say about the people I spoke to on the phone, friendly and responsive (thank you to them)
However, there seems to be a problem between Wesco and Ziegler. The delivery note stated 2 packages while I only ordered one product. So it is the catalog that blocked the delivery, it is incomprehensible.

Good site and good product, I am still waiting for an order that has been pending for several weeks now so I hope it will arrive soon. Otherwise, the other orders arrived on time and in good condition.

The shortcuts from the menu are sometimes difficult to access, especially from a smartphone. Otherwise, the site is quite clear, with many photos to help purchase items.

Maybe tighten the items a bit more to have a little less packaging.

Satisfied with the products and reliable delivery method
Only downside, one package was open and I was missing a waxed cotton thread item (noticed after signing the delivery slip, too bad!)

I would have rated it very good but it's regrettable not to have a small gift offered even with an order over 1000 € and this has happened twice

I ordered a blue sleeping bag and received a white mattress protector; disappointing. I am waiting to see if customer service is responsive.
