Great mat in 130x130. Too bad Wesco doesn't offer payment in 3-4 installments... many interesting things but it requires a good budget...

It's useless to ask when you want to be delivered when ordering on the site. It's not respected and you are not called to be informed of the delivery.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot explain the delta between the announced date and the actual delivery date of your order at this time. It seems there was a computer problem, and we sincerely apologize for that. We hope you are satisfied with your items and that you will trust us again.

All the ordered articles arrived in very good condition. The delivery was in accordance with the order; however, a small downside: since it was possible, I had requested a specific day for delivery and that day was not respected. Moreover, the carrier did not contact us to inform us when they would deliver. So it's not so much Wesco's fault but the carrier's.
On the other hand, I made a mistake when ordering an item, and the after-sales service was very friendly and guided me on how to return the item in question. Therefore, I recommend.

The preparation time is way too long! Impossible to cancel the order. High shipping costs, especially given the delay to receive the product (a week and a half... while the post delivered the package in 48 hours...). Order tracking from the site does not work...
