Good but not always easy to find sizes or dimensions (e.g.: mistake in my first order of corner armchairs!)

Very good. The rug arrived packaged in thick plastic, which did tear during delivery. The rug was not damaged but dirty, a bit of a shame!

Order of three tricycles for the Christmas gift for two kindergarten classes, they arrived 3 days after the announced deadline, the children were very disappointed to see nothing under the tree upon their return from vacation... Moreover, in the packages we did not have the correct bolts to proceed with the assembly and with the delivery delay, it was impossible to return them, we had to manage on our own. This is very disappointing for a brand that is a reference in the field of children's equipment..

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, deliveries to schools have been stopped during the end-of-year holidays. It is indeed difficult to receive packages when the premises are closed. We ask you to please excuse us to the children. Regarding the bolts, we invite you to contact customer service at [email protected]

Good products. Delivery needs to be reviewed: received a text with a phone number to change the delivery day and time but impossible to reach this carrier. So blocked from 8am to 4pm. Not great before Christmas and the issues on the roads at this time!!

Great site, I recommend it to individuals.. Quality is there, a bit expensive but worth investing for safety and durability. Good choice, toys classified by age.. Customer service could be friendlier...

Item conforms to the photos! Nothing to say about the quality but the packaging lacks a lot of care.... put in a plain plastic bag, no little thank you notes.... given the price, it lacks fitness in the shipping.
