The delivery was thrown next to the trash cans and got lost in a service and a stick package is missing and I have not received a delivery receipt

I received my package on time and am satisfied with my purchase, it's very good. However, it was a home delivery of a small puzzle in a very large box that doesn't fit in the mailbox... the mail carrier had quite a hard time, it's a real shame. It would therefore be wise to provide packaging suitable for the size of the products. Thank you!

Last purchase on Wesco was inconclusive. None of the 10 thermometers for the students indicate the same temperature, although they were placed under the same conditions. It is complicated to conduct experiments and a scientific approach with this type of material.

I recommend this site, they have very good products (last order: carafes and cutlery, products we had already ordered). Very good quality of the boxes, for my part, it would need bubbles or other protections inside to prevent heavy products from hitting more fragile ones. The 4 is more for the delivery time (longer than announced) and despite the paid shipping costs.

I am satisfied with my order. Ordering from Wesco is a true guarantee of quality. The box was, however, oversized, without additional protection. I would have liked the products not to 'move around' so much in the box. Fortunately, the different stainless steel elements were not scratched.

Lack of information on delivery dates. Difficulties in reaching customer service or after-sales by phone, my online help request took days to get a response. I wanted to cancel an order, which I could not (which I can understand) but I received the same email more than 10 times telling me that I cannot cancel my order. I find that a lot considering I only got a response to my email after a long wait. I could not cancel my order because it was 'ready' (not for lack of calling several times before to try to cancel it) but two days later I receive an email telling me that my order would be delayed because some items were missing... while I thought it was ready. So a service to improve.
