good responsiveness, delivery within the deadlines, product apparently compliant, packaging neglected, unworthy of a brand that wants to be serious, too bad.

Wesco is a site and a brand that I appreciate just as I appreciate the quality of their customer service. Reactive after-sales service.

I suppose the crisis did not have a positive effect on transactions, however I had placed my order well before the start of the lockdown and I had to wait two months to receive my delivery. I wasn't sure it was priority... moreover, one of the two jugs was broken and the package was open before its arrival. In short, not great! The product is good though.
