As a preschool teacher, your services when making a personal order for our class are impeccable and fast. But the orders made by the school and the service are not good. Significant delays in receiving the order and most of the time incomplete.

Very good. But the chair is very, very low. It does not reach the height of an Ikea coffee table, to feed the baby. I would have liked it to be possible. My 10-month-old finds the seat comfortable and well secured with a tray. I chose light green. Cheerful color.

Site: several wish lists would be appreciated. Indeed, I select a very large list of toys that I keep for future orders but then I can no longer send a more restricted list to my recipients..

The products from this brand are very good. However, my last order did not go very well (wrong product sent). The customer service was not good in handling my complaint: little dialogue (had to chase them for responses), too slow to react (it took a month to finally get what I ordered). This does not necessarily make me want to order from them again. It's a shame!
