I ordered in mid-December for a pouf to make a Christmas gift. The pouf was available. A few days later, customer service informed me that the order would be delayed until early January 2020. I just received the pouf today. This is unacceptable. The other orders placed on your site went well. I will think twice now about buying from Wesco.

The children particularly appreciated these gloves for cleaning their faces alone, which is the heart of our educational project. Bravo and thank you for your adaptation to the needs of children and for your collaboration with our project.

Everything was impeccable, the delivery time was longer than what we know from other sites but for my part, there was no urgency!

Hello, as always reliable and good products but increasingly surprised that they are made in China when these are products for children and not cheap in price.

Difficult to have the same person on the phone, who can keep you updated on your order tracking: Having a reference person would have been a good solution... Tired of repeating the same questions, remarks... A reference person to express your needs...

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We understand your request for a reference person. However, please know that our entire customer service team is versatile and is therefore able to respond to different expectations. To be closer to everyone's requests, we have recently deployed a tool that allows us to have a history of requests, which will avoid having to reiterate information. We hope that your future exchanges will bring you complete satisfaction.

I am very satisfied with the wesco site, it is complete and very well described... however I am very unhappy with the delivery, the delivery person did not want to use his dolly or hand truck to deliver the very heavy boxes, so he asked me to help him bring them down from the height of the truck, since then I have had a lot of back and shoulder pain... this is unacceptable!!!

Quality product. The delivery date was initially too long, and then it was postponed again. I do not take this into account because I imagine that the strike must have had an impact.
