Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Following a bug on the site, after canceling my first order, I ultimately received 2 shipments. Then a big problem with the carrier GLS who did not want to give me one order without the other. As a result, received on the 28th instead of the 20th, 2 charges and the wrong order still not refunded to this day. Good daily telephone communication to resolve the issue, but too many different contacts.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We attach great importance to providing you with quality service. As a French SME, we have chosen not to use a call center and thus handle your requests with all our attention. This choice sometimes implies delays but guarantees local economic dynamism and the maintenance of our values. We thank you for your patience and hope to see you again soon on our site.

A very beautiful site, very rich. But you need to have quite a bit of time to make your choice. As a grandmother of 3 children aged 2, 6, and 9, whom I don't see often, I often look for a gift without having a specific idea. What would make my task easier would be a search by age. For example: I'm looking for a gift — for a 6-year-old boy — in all areas — between 20 and 30 euros. (Only to save time, of course.)
