Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that the delivery of your order did not meet your expectations and we sincerely apologize for these inconveniences. In the order confirmation email, we mentioned a longer delivery time due to the availability of certain references and their restocking. However, we completely understand that a long wait is always disappointing. Regarding the condition of the package, we assure you that our orders are prepared with the utmost care. However, it can happen that they suffer from the uncertainties of transport and arrive damaged independently of our will. We hope to have the opportunity to see you again soon on our site and that you will give us a second chance to make a better impression. Have a nice day.
