Package received without a box, in plastic with a hole, not easy for gift wrapping, the carrier came 2 times, the package was supposed to be delivered to my mom who is 80 years old and not mobile, my partner had to meet him because the delivery person stopped 300m from the home otherwise he would have had to make a detour. The packaging and delivery are not top-notch, I haven't opened the plastic yet, I hope nothing is damaged. I have not received the second package.

The delivery date proposed by Wesco at the time of the order and confirmed by care was not respected. It occurred on November 19 instead of the 14th. The rug could therefore not be given on time.
