Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Easy navigation on the site. Very friendly and professional phone assistance. However, there were issues during delivery. I contacted the carrier myself after a week because the merchandise was still at the dock. They did not deliver because they did not have my phone number. I checked, it is indeed indicated in my Wesco customer account. So there was an error on your part regarding communication with the carrier.

After an order that I had to pay 4 times and then call customer service, I finally managed to order the children's bike handles! (Bank problem according to customer service, personally I lean more towards a payment platform problem because this never happens to me elsewhere) Delivery and waiting for the order is very, very long! Delivery requested and desired at a specific moment, ultimately to be picked up at the Post Office. In short, a very disappointing customer experience.

I AM a bit disappointed with the quotes, because 2% less is not much for a stroller at 699 EUROS, for a childcare assistant it's a big budget.

Always super happy with my purchases on Wesco, the quality is top-notch, school quality, the after-sales service works very well. Nothing to complain about. Always impeccable. The products are well packaged, in all my orders no problems, only once a batch of sheets was damaged, Wesco quickly sent me a second batch without any charge.

I recommend this site for children's awakening and early childhood. I didn't give five stars because of a delay of more than a week, even two weeks, and many imperfections on my last order, I am a bit disappointed, even very disappointed for the price. Other than that, I have never had any other problems with all my past orders. I still recommend it.

Order received on time. The carrier had an unpleasant behavior. He yelled at me because he couldn't find a place to park in front of my house. But I know that has nothing to do with Wesco.

Regarding the ordering part on the website as well as the delivery, it went perfectly well, however it is impossible to receive the invoice for my item by email after calling twice in vain, still nothing received!!!

The products are of good quality and the choice is really important, but the customer service really leaves something to be desired in some aspects. It is incomprehensible not to be able to easily modify or cancel an order on an online site within hours of placing it.
