The site lacks clarity for ordering products. Other than that, I recommend.

I am torn regarding my opinion... Happy because the rug is large, which is what I was looking for. However, disappointed as I doubt the quality... the fabric is not tight enough, so it has creases everywhere, and I fear it will tear quickly... plus it arrived folded, so that didn't help. I also thought it would be stiffer so I could store it upright. I remain skeptical about the rug's lifespan.

I ordered a rug 130 cm x 130 cm, super soft! The size of the rug meets my expectations, and the delivery was very quick, I am very happy with the item. Thank you, see you soon

Meh, order preparation times quite long, delivery late... we've seen better. I got discouraged from contacting customer service, I wanted to contact by email but I don't think that's possible.
