Hello, The site is great, the speed of quotes is also good, and the products are of quality. However, deliveries need to be reviewed, as the tracking showed that the packages were delivered on an inaccurate date and time because they arrived the next day, and a signature was provided that is neither mine nor that of the community. I am waiting for a missing package, which I have no doubt will arrive soon. I have great confidence in your site and have never been disappointed. Best regards.

We were given a delivery date that could not be respected. Our structure only opens 2 days a week (Wednesday and Saturday). This forced us to leave a note for the delivery person to leave the package in a lobby because we could not be present every day, at all times as we are just volunteers. The handle of a game box is damaged.

I love everything but I had an issue with the broken plates, I have three broken (even though they were very well packaged. It seems that it happened during manufacturing). I have one that is really unusable. The others, we'll see how long they last (I appreciate them a lot).

Very good, quality products but a bit long delivery time for this order (even if it ultimately arrived earlier than expected) because the product was not available. Moreover, I was not notified of the delivery, fortunately I was present...
