Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your point of view by leaving a review on our site. At Wesco, we are uncompromising on safety. That is why all our products meet current standards and are checked by our quality service before being referenced on our site. In case of customer return following the purchase of a product, we obviously carry out a quality control directly in our stock and we take the necessary measures if needed. In your case, if you have a complaint about one of the products in your order, we are here to listen to you so please write to us at [email protected]. Moreover, by purchasing on our site, you are trusting a French company favored by early childhood professionals for nearly 50 years. Likewise, by prioritizing Wesco, you support the employment of our 220 employees in France. For all these reasons, we cannot lower ourselves to the level of certain e-commerce giants who practice particularly aggressive pricing. We hope that in light of these elements you will be able to measure the seriousness and commitment of the Wesco brand. Finally, we invite you to visit our corporate site www.wesco-group.com to discover our CSR policy. We hope that your trust will be renewed and that you will come back to see us soon on our site. Have a nice day.
