The items are of good quality but the delivery company was not very careful. My large plain sewn mat received a cut from a cutter that damaged the packaging and the mat. It is not completely cut but has taken a hit which weakens it!! Too bad for me, I saw it after unpacking because as a childminder, I was with my little ones when I received the package! So I didn't take the time to check everything.

Hello, I am a grandmother. I really appreciate your products. I regularly visit your site and find the navigation easy. Recently I placed an order and on the site I appreciated being able to choose a different date because it was for my grandson's birthday. But this was not taken into account and I regret it. I ordered 3 references of brushes for my professional use. I received the wrong references for more than half of the items by mistake. It took several messages, photos to support, and numerous follow-ups to get responses. Finally, after all, a month later, customer service sent the correct references at their expense. I am generally satisfied... but for a first order for professional purposes, it does not allow for establishing an optimal trust relationship..

What needs improvement is not Wesco's fault, but mainly concerns the Colissimo delivery by La Poste. Delivery was scheduled via email from La Poste for a date that was not respected. During my previous order, it was the same thing. (for example: Scheduled for Thursday and actually delivered on Friday).

I have nothing to say about the management of the site, my order went very well, the deadlines were respected. However, regarding the package I received, I am very disappointed with the condition in which I received my package. The first package was all correct but the second one, the box was really damaged already, I suspected that inside it wouldn't be great... and it didn't fail. I ordered 1L paints... and one of the jars simply exploded in the package. Result: the yellow bottle and a quarter emptied. Aside from this bad experience, I am overall satisfied. Maybe improve the sturdiness of the delivery boxes when what we order is heavy.
