I was informed that there would be a slight delay in delivery, as the package had been damaged. And indeed, when I went to pick it up, the box had been completely destroyed, roughly resealed with plastic ties and inside one of the packs of 10 notebooks was completely torn and the notebooks scattered in the box, some damaged: corners bent... this was due, I think, to the use of a box that was far too large for what it contained and therefore no support for the contents. So very clearly the packaging needs to be reviewed as well as the shipping conditions.

I gave 3 stars because of the delivery. For the first delivery, I was not informed of the delivery day. I was at home but the delivery person did not come to ring. 2nd delivery: time slot: 'we will pass during the day...' when calling in the morning, they tell me they will pass in the afternoon and they came at 3 PM.
