Compliant with the description. However, I found the modeling clay (brand) much cheaper....so disappointed.

Navigating the site is not always smooth. Some tabs do not always display. You really need to know what you are looking for to find it. The delivery was faster than expected (which is positive)

The delivery service is top-notch. Little information when there is a delay due to supply shortages (long delivery time of 7 weeks), but quick response when contacted.

I appreciated that the carrier called me before planning the delivery to know my availability. The delivery was quick. The delivered mattress arrived in perfect condition. I find the website a bit impractical, not very intuitive in terms of search categories, but maybe it's just me who doesn't know how to search.
