The blanket suits me but I didn't understand why the delivery was so far from my home, not having a car I had to go there on foot, this does not encourage me to place another order

Very good, but I take away one star because I find it very expensive for what it is. €15.95 with shipping costs is starting to be a bit much. But otherwise, fast and careful shipping, nothing to say.

Very good, too bad the cart empties when you don't order right away! Delivery as planned! I was surprised to receive the rug even though it was out of stock until the end of September normally! Delighted!!

Nothing to complain about except that the bibs were loose in the package and one already had a snag.

Perhaps consider grouping items more (sometimes 1 single item per package) for example: 4 cushions arrived in 3 different packages or storage boxes: why not stack them instead of making 1 box per box?

Wesco products are of very good quality and suitable for little ones. I place a few orders based on my needs as they are super sturdy and last over time if well maintained..! I am a childcare assistant and I love these products even though I find them relatively expensive and it would be interesting to benefit from preferential rates and I would not give a 5/5 rating due to the prices.

I am satisfied with the quality of your products and I gladly recommend them. However, I noticed that the profit margin seems to be significantly higher than that practiced by standard suppliers.

I am satisfied with my order but the ink bottles are not hermetically sealed and leaked during transport.

Site is okay, registering a new order reference within the municipality is delicate for me, quote is okay, placing the order was 'messy' (good for agreement, internal order reference.... Order tracking is average due to too many exchanges with different interlocutors or rather computer robots.

Prices are attractive and delivery is fast. However, this year I am disappointed with the care taken in the shipment. A binder arrived cracked and will not be usable, and two notebooks arrived bent and dog-eared.

A small downside on the delivery because the last order was delivered to Mrs. Lemaire's mailbox, who had moved 3 days before. We could not retrieve our order until 10 days later. Our delivery address is correctly at the mailbox 'Familles rurales'. Thank you.

Very good, quality products but a bit long delivery time for this order (even if it ultimately arrived earlier than expected) because the product was not available. Moreover, I was not notified of the delivery, fortunately I was present...
