Good quality products, the delivery was a bit chaotic, thanks to the delivery person who was nice and accommodating, but in the end, I had to carry the 7 packages all by myself.

The benches are not of as good quality as the previous ones. A bit disappointed considering the price.

Very good except for the assembly instructions for the changing table with stairs... very poorly explained, lacking precision... not great, and yet I usually enjoy assembling furniture!!

The products are not of very good quality. Not long ago, I ordered Rody ponies, and already one pony is flat. Normally, these are products used in schools and therefore very durable. It's strange.

I am always satisfied with WESCO products, the site is easy to use, delivery is quite fast. I regret one thing about the packaging: boxes that are way too big for what they contain... It's a shame because WESCO often emphasizes respect for the environment but does not invest in packaging. The contents of my order could have fit in my mailbox but were packed in a huge box that I could only retrieve in person. It's wasteful...

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The choice of shipping packaging depends on several criteria: number of products and their dimensions, level of fragility... Moreover, we systematically adjust the height of the package according to the contents to avoid any unnecessary air transport. Before being sealed, packages are automatically calibrated by a machine that cuts to the right height. In the case of your order, given the fragility of the creative leisure items, the size of certain papers, and the number of references ordered, we could not opt for a mailbox package. In accordance with our CSR policy, our logistics team is engaged in a process of continuous improvement and regularly reflects on proposing more environmentally friendly packaging solutions. We are therefore looking for the right balance between a solution with the lowest possible carbon impact and one that is sufficiently resistant to protect our products from potential hazards during transport. We sincerely thank you for your loyalty and hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again very soon on www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

What is missing on the site: The size of the balls (+ or - 8 cm) and the fact that the parachute is not 'pierced'. Delivery is faster than expected: I might have chosen another pickup location.

Delivery was made within completely satisfactory deadlines. The delivery person, although friendly, did not seem cautious. He dragged the sofa to bring it to the door of the structure. A pallet would have been nice.

Very good regarding the site, the delivery except for a small downside for the cot which has a strong plastic smell. I hope that over time the smell will go away.

Nothing to complain about, responsive and professional customer service. Navigation on the site via phone is a bit complicated if searching for an item using the search bar, it's better to use the menu.

For my job, I was looking for barriers to delimit different spaces. Among various sites, Wesco's caught my attention. The only negative point is that when ordering, I noted the receipt for February 20. This instruction was not respected.
