Customer reviews of Wesco

Very well done

Fast, serious

The delivery is on time, however, even though the packaging is very solid, the glasses cases could have been better secured.

Delivery as expected

Good

Not always clear to find your order

Fast delivery.

Good.

Fast delivery.

Satisfied with the order.

Heterogeneous content

Items conforming and very good quality. Too bad the delivery was not up to par. Order received several days late compared to the announced date.

Good packaging, inflation tool. And spare valve, just missing a tool to easily remove the valve

Very sturdy changing table, but I find it not deep enough, the children's feet stick out too much and the assembly instructions are very difficult to understand.

Order compliant with what I ordered

A bit disappointed with the bricks from the archibloc kit but they were on promotion so the expense was not excessive compared to other similar products on other sales sites

Fast delivery, product matches the description

Fast delivery

Interesting site but delivery fees are a bit high.

The delivery is disappointing, the delivery person does not speak French, does not bring up the packages, and when he does, it is not in the best conditions even though he has a carrier for large packages.

Delivery was a bit long, ordered on 27/12/2022, received on 10/01/2023, let's say it was during the holiday period!

Nothing particular to say

Aside from one product of poor quality, the rest is good.

Delivery was on time but there were difficulties assembling the furniture. The plan was not explicit enough.

Easy order and fast delivery, balloon with a spare cap and adaptable nozzle, perfect! The only downside is the excessive plastic packaging. Is there a way to reduce it? Each set of cones packaged by color, each hoop individually wrapped... I understand that this is probably a basic organization, but maybe it should be reconsidered at this level? For my package, for example, none of the packaging was useful. There were only plastic items in the box.

Nothing to report. Order quickly taken care of and shipped. The received products seem to be of quality.

Easy navigation on the site; very reasonable delivery time

Fast service

The products are great. However, the delivery was quite long.

Website a bit complex to use at the time of ordering...

Easy with the different sections.

Easy

Good quality and great order tracking.

Easy to navigate site. Fast delivery.

Good.

Fast delivery, I would have preferred the foldable mattress but it was out of stock and I couldn't wait! Otherwise, it met my expectations, although I thought it would be a bit bigger. But it will do the job. Perfect for my activity as a childminder.

Received before the expected date.

A lot of choices

Nothing to say

When I ordered on the Wesco site, the delivery time was communicated to me, indicating that I would receive my order by December 12 at the latest. On December 12, I stayed at home to receive my order but it never arrived. The order tracking is useless, it has been indicating for several days that my package was out for delivery and that an appointment was in progress (in clear terms, nothing precise regarding the shipment, it was stuck at the same stage all along). On the evening of the 12th, I received a call from a carrier who asked me to choose a date for the delivery of this famous package. I told him that I should receive it during the day, that the site had indicated this detail to me. This was false... The carrier did not have this information. I then contacted Wesco to understand this shortcoming and this lie, and they informed me that I would receive my order within the week! Long live December 12! While when ordering they ask for a maximum delivery date... which they ultimately do not take into account. The carrier brought me my package today, December 13. But I am still disappointed with the lack of truthfulness regarding the shipping of orders. Fast shipping, delivery tracking, and taking into account a date attract the customer, but behind that, when you stay at home waiting for a package that does not arrive, it is not nice to experience. The bed is still in wonderful condition, as indicated in the photo on the site. The quality seems to be present despite a price that is still high just for a bed frame. I therefore allow myself to take away one star.
