Hello, I am an approved childminder, I would have liked to receive the catalog with my order to make other purchases. I have ordered several times, a little gesture from WESCO would be great or small gifts for the children we look after would be cool. WESCO has great quality for some products, but some prices are excessive. There should be attractive prices for more purchases and suitable for everyone.

Order processing and fast shipping. However, tracking is not up to date. Unreliable carrier. Open, torn box. Delivery person who does not listen to the reservations and leaves, who does not respect the appointment.

The product I bought was well packaged in a box of 30 cm by 20 cm. Very good, except that this same box was placed in another very large box: 3 times the size of the purchased product. In short, it was 'swimming' in this big box and was not secured, and on top of that, I had gone by bicycle to pick it up, but it was unfeasible in that state.

The item received is perfect, but the delivery needs to be reviewed, or rather the delivery person. He doesn't ring my doorbell, but throws the package over my wall, even though I am home and can see him doing it live. A shame.

I really like your brand and appreciate the quality of the listed items. However, despite a clear and categorized site, my colleagues and I in kindergarten found it complicated to find the items that correspond to our cycle 1. We have to search through all the categories, and it takes a lot of time. Moreover, the cart is not saved when we have to leave the site: we have to start all over again, and some of us have given up.

We ordered the Babisiège KIT in yellow. It is very beautiful, looks sturdy. The color is not too bright, so it's perfect. Everything is perfect except for the delivery; I noted in the delivery details that I would not be at home for 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00, and the delivery person called me at 9:50 to let me know he was arriving. My note on the delivery details was not taken into account. The delivery person had another delivery in my city, so I was able to receive my packages. When the packages arrived, surprise, in a large plastic bag, unprotected; I would have liked bubble wrap. For the price, I don't find that acceptable. Given the delivery person, it could have been easily stolen.

In my opinion, it’s a bit complicated to find the items if you don’t put the exact name if delivery is quite fast.

Great site, delivery received correctly. The only downside is the delivery time. I still received the package 1 day before the expected date but the initial delay was long.

Working in a nursery, I am satisfied with the product that I already knew. However, I was disappointed with the delivery because the delivery person left my 9kg package for me to carry up to my home while I am 8 months pregnant.

The order went perfectly. The only downside is regarding the delivery through the carrier VIR. In fact, the customer service of VIR is not able to contact the delivery people and warehouses, which is problematic when it is noted absent in the tracking and the person is present.
