Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
I ordered and paid for several items from Wesco, I am a childminder. My packages were delivered by GLS, I WAS NOT THERE AND THE DELIVERY PERSON SIGNED FOR ME AND THREW THE PACKAGES NEAR THE GATE, of course someone saw him do it and stole my order. So since then I have been fighting with Wesco and GLS! I received my package yesterday with unavailable items and a refund on my account.

There are many nice things for babies and children. Some things are a bit expensive but it's okay. However, the delivery is a bit long.

Bibs of very good quality. Dishonest technique or defective site, they tell you that your shipping costs are free, then after you have entered your personal information, they inform you that shipping costs are payable and that you need to spend €250 for free shipping. If you do not follow up, they directly follow up in my email box

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your positive review on the bibs. After verification, the shipping costs are indeed displayed at the cart level and are re-stated at the time of choosing the delivery method. If you encountered an anomaly in the display at the time of your order, we apologize for that. Concerned about our customers' satisfaction, we do everything possible to make your purchase as easy and clear as possible. Hoping to see you again on our site, we wish you a good day.

I took away one star for the delivery. No information regarding the delivery!! I didn't know when my package would arrive!! Fortunately, I was 3 minutes from my home and the delivery person was willing to wait for me. And even then, it was difficult!!

The site is very attractive, products are sometimes out of stock but it remains reasonable. Prices are high but made in France. Delivery was top received 5 days before the expected date, packaged with great care.

I am satisfied with the site and navigation, products a bit expensive but of quality. However, I am very disappointed with the condition of the last 2 products received which were damaged in the package, which is unacceptable given the purchase price.

the markers are very good, the modeling clay sticks too much, too bad! The large paint bottle system is good in principle but not practical for pouring.

Navigating the site is simple and intuitive. The ability to order online avoids the mistakes we used to make when ordering by making tables ourselves. Customer service is very responsive and efficient.

Delivery was perfect, but we didn't see the bricks on sale while browsing, unfortunately, they weren't in the promotions... We only saw them due to a sponsored ad on our internet search page, we would have missed them when we ordered our elongated curved mattress. Very unfortunate....

I am very satisfied with the products as well as the speed of shipping... But I find it unfortunate to have received my order in 4 packages, some with only 1 item and therefore half empty... I am concerned about ecology and regret these different boxes when one or two would have sufficed!!!
