The kamishibai envelope was folded, damaged, when it was placed in the box. Too bad. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

VALIDATION OF THE QUOTE IS ALWAYS COMPLICATED AND LONG, difficult to find access on the site, forced to use digital messaging

I am satisfied with the ordered products but I have questions about the delivery. I had chosen a pickup point, believing it was preferable to group deliveries. My order consisted of 2 packages. The pickup point refused one on the grounds that it was bulky. I had to move again 2 days later to pick it up at another pickup point further away from my home.

Always happy with wesco products even if the multiple deliveries for an order of about ten items complicate distribution in my different nurseries and are really not good for our planet. It would be better to give a more distant date and have the delivery done all at once.

Nothing to say about the speed of shipping and processing, about the help with the order and the quality of the products provided, but on the other hand, the packaging was too fragile and the package arrived with a box widely opened and damaged.

Items received well in accordance with their presentation on the site. Only the packaging was poorly sealed at the lid: the tape was along the length but not across the width, the lid could be easily lifted. The contents were piled up and poorly cushioned, heavy on light, a burst packaging but the material was not damaged.

The purchase went well for cardboard bricks to assemble. However, the packaging of the parcel was crushed on one corner and some bricks were damaged

I ordered an item that is unavailable elsewhere for a reasonable price, however the shipment of my items (wooden games, one in a box and the other with packaging that reveals the game and does not protect it) was in a huge box without padding. The unprotected game is unharmed, but for the boxed one, it is punctured in 3 places by the game inside...

Products received yesterday. Compliant with the description on the website's store. Nice products of good quality. Delivery time a bit long... it's not a big deal but you need to anticipate your order if you want to be delivered on time.

Aside from the very long delivery time, the quality of the product seems impeccable. We'll see with long-term use. As of today, I am satisfied; the color, the material, the ergonomics all meet my expectations.

The order is perfect, but the billing is not under the correct heading. I have made a request for a change, especially since the order was correct on the quote.
