I am a childminder and I am a fan of your catalog. Only downside: that I cannot get a discount as a professional in early childhood like in childcare stores (Aubert, Bebe9,...) where I have a 10% discount upon presentation of my approval. Equipping a house for children is expensive, and I do not benefit from any assistance.

Hello, the delivery time slot is too large. Waiting from 10 am to 3 pm! I do not have the correct invoice in the package. I have the invoice of another customer. I will call you tomorrow to get my invoice. Otherwise satisfied with the delivery time and the material. Best regards

The delivery time was not respected as I had to make a complaint. For everything else, there is nothing to say.

Very good product but it's a shame that shipping costs are not offered. You could save money by sending the order in a much smaller box and offering the shipping costs.

Products conform to the description. Delivery a bit long especially when the delivery person does not warn of their arrival or at the last moment.

Be careful with color shades. Differences in colors between the product presented on the site and the delivered product.

A bit long for delivery. It's also a shame that for a school, you have to wait for the receipt of the check... Happy holidays, Sandra Isoard, director.

I am satisfied, just a mistake on my part because the doorbell is not in my name and I had forgotten this detail, and the delivery person did not call me, which is a shame. But since it was my mistake, it's not a big deal, I will pay attention next time. Delivered quickly, but I haven't opened it yet, so I can't comment on the condition of the merchandise. For now, I am satisfied.
