The site is not user-friendly on mobile and shipping costs are very high unless you reach free delivery.
However, there is a wide selection of products!

Satisfied with the delivery time, however not being delivered in Martinique, I had to have it delivered to an acquaintance in France

You have to order a lot (€250) to get free shipping. Moreover, the ordered product arrived damaged at one of the handles. I will make a complaint.

Very nice and comfortable sleeping bags but unfortunately I did not receive the requested color. I will write to customer service and I am convinced they will make a commercial gesture because they have always been attentive.

Received before the date, perfect, the only downside was the state of the package. The tape was half removed, several holes in the cardboard. But fortunately my package was complete.

Very good site, too bad they did not communicate our request for delivery on a specific date to the delivery person when we can do it at the time of the order. I had requested to be delivered in August, the delivery person showed up 5 days before the scheduled date. I was absent (hence my request for a delivery date) so I received it about ten days later than what I had requested... Catherine, it's a shame because it's a good quality site.

No problem with the order or its tracking. The items meet my expectations as well as their description. The delivery, however... could be improved.

Difficult to access all the references I was looking for something in mobility but I found it in one category. I think several references can be in multiple categories.

Prices are quite high, but the quality and choice are there. Too many non-recyclable and unrecyclable plastic items for my taste. It's a shame.
