The categories in the menu are not easy; when you click on them, it quickly returns to the beginning without wanting it.

A lot of things, a lot of choices so it inevitably takes time and the site sometimes bugs, going back to the beginning of the search or having to start all over again (before selection); we don't know what to choose! The quality is there but so are the prices.

The products match the advertisement but the shipping costs are high. €15 to deliver a small box of thermometers.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. You indeed chose Express delivery (Chronopost 24h) which amounts to €14.90. Standard delivery (to your home, workplace, or pickup point) is offered for €5.90. And if you are a professional, delivery is free for purchases over €250.

I really like the products offered. I have never been disappointed. However, I am a professional in early childhood (childminder) and I regularly order from the wesco site and have been doing so for several years, and I never benefit from any advantages or discounts... In fact, I do not order as much as communities or nurseries, but I place 1 to 2 orders a year... Best regards, Mrs. P. T. A.
