RAS customer service listening and very good advice

Quality products

Ordered on 23/03 received on 25/03 despite the confinement. The products are of excellent quality and after comparing TB value for money, the whitening kits at home are much more complete than elsewhere

I received the package quite quickly that the product itself I do not see any change in color on my teeth. Very disappointed with the product. It's been 4 days and at the time, there is indeed a change in color but it fades after 20 minutes

I thank WHITE CARE for its reactivity. However, granting a 10% discount for an order placed again within 10 days, makes no sense, especially for a small business with 2 apprentices and moreover in the current context with all the appointments that are cancelled in the context of the coronarirus! We thank them for this reduction, but let it last at least 1 year - we are not a company that buys and renews its stock all the time, so taking into account the size would be reasonable. Otherwise, we are in the process of delivery, we can not give our opinion on it, nor on the products inside the package.

When I was looking for tooth whitening products and knowing that my daughter had used some, she directed me to WHITECARE. I had high hopes for it but the results after 10 days are not convincing, at least not for me. Maybe my age and the quality of my teeth are the reason.
