First delivery problem with a customer service reluctant to comply with the current law. I finally find my package but the ordered mitts are the wrong color so the question of a return / a commercial gesture arises. The company seems to be closed at the moment, to be continued and evolving comment

Even though some competitors are cheaper and include a cuff, we chose to prioritize manufacturing quality, which explains the price difference.
A complete pack with cuff + storage bag is still available for 5 € more.
