I paid shipping fees of €10 to have the package delivered in 24-48 hours, it took 1 week and 2 days to be delivered. When you pay so much for such a small package, I find that lamentable.
We are sorry for this delivery delay. However, we would like to clarify that the delivery fees to the pickup point you paid were €6.10 and not €10.
Your order was placed on May 31, shipped from our warehouse on June 2, and delivered by the carrier on June 10. Our site indicates a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days after shipping, which may exceptionally be extended depending on the period or the carrier's circumstances.
We understand your disappointment, but this delay remains independent of our will once the package is handed over to the carrier.

I bought knee pads, I followed the size instructions, respecting the measurements. They are way too small, the size guide is probably not correct.
Our size guide is based on standardized measurements and is generally reliable, but it is indeed universal: each body shape being different, there can be a few centimeters of difference depending on the person, which can impact comfort.

First delivery problem with a customer service reluctant to comply with the current law. I finally find my package but the ordered mitts are the wrong color so the question of a return / a commercial gesture arises. The company seems to be closed at the moment, to be continued and evolving comment
Regarding the color difference of the mitts, an email has been sent to all affected customers to propose suitable solutions (exchange or commercial gesture)

Still nothing received
No information on the delivery. Supposedly 3 working days. I have already left for a competition, without the grips... Strongly disappointed.
Gym powergrip gloves: . purchased in February 2025 . received in March 2025 . First signs of deterioration in April 2025 after the first uses (about once a week) . Stored in packaging, in a sports bag, always aired, no humidity, etc. . Unusable in July 2025 (we're talking about about 20 uses of these gloves purchased for 60 euros) . Request sent to customer service which offers a 15% discount on the next purchase ... while by subscribing to the newsletter we already have 10%. Considers it normal to have an unusable product after a few months and that everything is fine. . Gloves that no longer exist on the wodandgo website as of today ... strange. In short, for made in France, a very disappointing experience, whereas my first pair of gloves from them purchased 2 years ago is still in great condition. They are losing a customer, and many others because the promotion of this brand is over.

Deadlines are not respected. After an email asking where my order was, I was told that I had been informed of the delay at the time of purchase, but I received nothing. The product should be up to standard.
I switched to the new pink ones, as the black ones broke twice. Extremely disappointed with the quality, slips +++ no grip hyper thick unusable especially for the very disappointing price.
No problem with the delivery or the order but the quality of the product is really not great especially for the price. It's been 1 month since I got the last grips and the red coating is already starting to show under the black layer... Maybe a manufacturing defect?
Catastrophic, second attempt Rmu in the middle of a WOD, one of the grips tore.
A friend's glove split in two while he was doing a muscle up even though it showed no signs of wear beforehand. He had his gloves for barely a year. Wod and go was notified but their response remains somewhat evasive, saying that it's normal, that it's wear... quite a disappointing response. The person in question does not use his gloves every day and we do not find it normal that it could split in two. Too bad and disappointing.
Product still not received 10 days after the order. Customer service indicated to me that it was because I ordered during Black Friday and that it was a pre-order (no sign of this information at the time of my order, on the contrary: "COLISSIMO DELIVERY 48h" which I paid an additional €7.68 for.
No details on the shipment of my order so I still don't know when I will receive it!

Extremely disappointed with your heavy jump rope!! 3 weeks of use on non-abrasive surfaces like crossfit, the handles have worn out with the cable stop which has destroyed and rendered the rope unusable
