I placed an order on Thursday evening, May 16, a week and a half before the event for which I needed the grips, I thought I was safe... But WODANDGO only shipped my order the following Tuesday. The package arrived on Friday afternoon, but unfortunately, I couldn't pick it up for the event. By ordering on Thursday evening, I thought I would have it by the following Thursday at the latest. It was indicated 3-4 days, but that was not the case. Quite disappointed, I really wanted to test these grips on a big memorial workout (Murph). Too bad, I don't think I will order again.
Translated reviews
Response from WODANDGO
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are sorry for the inconvenience you encountered. We fully understand your disappointment, especially in view of a Murph. On May 16, our small Wodandgo team was attending the French Throwdown in Lyon to hold a booth, which unfortunately caused delays in processing orders. We sincerely apologize for this setback and the delay in shipping your order. We are constantly striving to improve our service to prevent this type of situation from happening again in the future. We hope you will give us another chance and that you will be fully satisfied with your next experience with us.

Response from WODANDGO
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delivery delay you experienced. We understand how frustrating this can be. Our small Wodandgo team regularly participates in competitions with a booth, which can sometimes lead to unexpected delays in processing and shipping orders. We do our best to minimize these delays and improve our service. I see on the tracking of your order that it is in your possession. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
