This was a pre-order, with an estimated delivery period between April 17 and May 8.
The item actually arrived at our location on May 2, within the expected timeframe.
As is customary with pre-orders, we contacted you by email to confirm the shipment.
Since we did not receive a response, we kindly reminded you several times on 10/05, 17/05, 25/05, 05/06, and 16/06.
You eventually confirmed on June 18 that we could ship, after which the package was sent immediately and delivered on June 23.
We would like to reassure you:

Package did not arrive at home. So it's a courier problem. I had to reschedule the shipment to a pickup point. If you don't change the courier, I won't be able to buy from you anymore. Thank you for your kind attention.

After there were complaints about the quality, my request was dismissed under the motto "your problem". Wouldn't buy here if you wanted things of quality. As soon as you send your complaint, your account is simply deleted. Sucks that something like this is so big on the market. Under no circumstances should you buy anything here.
Sold as new but the box is clearly not. I hope the item inside is really new, or at least in very good condition, because it's a gift.
Unfortunately the packet has not arrived at my home address. I called dpd (Deutscher Paketdienst). They told me I should inform you to get my money back. The packet was not at the letterbox as proposed. And none of the neighbours took it. The packet is lost. Please return the money.

1st item received packaging damaged on purpose to insert the 2nd item of the order item returned and the item received is clearly a customer return packaging is not sealed and has been opened and you can clearly see that the ear has been broken and glued. You can't even give your good customers a discount When I made my last purchase, I made a request which was not honored. So you lost a very good customer... My request was far from unusual, since you forgot to mention that the figurine was damaged, and I maintain that your good customers are not rewarded.
I ordered a figurine but it didn't arrive because the deliveryman decided not to come to the Village anymore (long live GLS), so I had to go and pick it up at a gls depot not very close to my house. When I got home, I removed the box and threw it away. I offered the figurine a few days later and it was broken. Reply from cadeaucity: "just glue it back together! Very disappointed
Good evening I received the order before Christmas and this was positive, the negative thing is that the item ordered is failed unfortunately, I requested the return, now I expect another intact item or refund, too bad because it was a gift for friends for Christmas!!!
