The order was dispatched quickly. One of the items was damaged when unpacked, customer service was very responsive and offered me an exchange. The parcel with the damaged product was sent back on Tuesday, and a new parcel was reshipped from them on Thursday as soon as they received my parcel. Bravo for this reactivity.
