I am satisfied in general, the product internally arrived undamaged and perfect, in a very short time, unfortunately, however, the box of the object had a clean cut, a break that in a Disney statue, in my opinion is not acceptable, a little more care should be taken in the packaging, and the box that contains the object should be a little larger ... (we know how couriers treat parcels) because in a collectible statue the packaging has a great importance, I did not feel like disputing and sending back the product as inside is absolutely perfect and intact, there is to say however that the outer sactola with an obvious break, annoys me beyond belief. In view of this, I do not know whether I would make another purchase in the future....

Perfection for me! Team always listening and finding a solution, commercial gesture super and hyper fast and courteous. Just the opposite of another well-known Disney site, where you have to spend hours and weeks to get a refund or a sales gesture.... a huge thank you to cadeau city! What's more, the site offers thousands of items at great prices, and the points system brings discounts! More than satisfied customer 🥰

Delays to obtain my order too long, 3 months after the date planned for the payment of this one. No commercial gesture possible. Too bad...

Response from WonderCity
Dear Sébastien, we are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. However, we would like to remind you that the dates indicated on a pre-order are only an estimate based on the manufacturer's initial information, and by no means a guaranteed deadline. This year, all manufacturers are experiencing significant delays. As this was clearly mentioned when you placed your order, as well as on your tracking link, we are sorry to say that no commercial gesture is possible. However, you did have the option of cancelling your pre-order at any time and being reimbursed.

A site full of really innovative especially affordable gift ideas. Security in payment, perfect and impeccable packaging, but most important very short delivery time. Maybe shipping costs a little high for my standards, but for the service it fits.
