On the other hand, I find it hard to understand how the site works: products are put in stock when they are not, immediate debit before shipping (even if the product is not in stock!) I purchased two collectible figurines and a Disney-themed mug: the package was shipped very quickly (although, unfortunately, the Italian courier delayed the delivery for reasons unrelated to Gift City), the packaging was perfect and really shock-proof (in addition to being the boxes really very nice) and the pieces ordered are even nicer than on the site.
