After 10 min I get the email saying that a credit note had been made with refund despite all items are still available. What about the discount code for the black friday promotion?? now no longer usable since it is one per customer. But what are you doing them promotions?

No worries with Cadeaucity, but the packaging for one of my Jim Shore figurines was a bit tight and the figurine is slightly damaged. But that's more of a Jim Shore problem.

My order arrived on time. Everything is in good condition, just like every time. I've been ordering for over a year if not two. I've never had a problem. The only negative point, but you can't blame anyone, is that during festive periods, it's possible for the parcel to arrive later than the expected date, by no more than a day I'd say, but really, with the holidays that's normal. So no really bad things to notice. I'll be happy to order as soon as possible.
