Outstanding!!! I placed an order that was shipped practically the next day, but the package was unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service (never had contact with more courteous people! Really thank you from the bottom of my heart!!) who helped me every step of the way to eventually track down the package, redo the order immediately to receive the item I ordered in a day and a half, just right before Christmas.
