I purchased the beauty and the beast snowball for a birthday gift...the package arrived in a few days, the ball is really gorgeous, great size and the reproduction of the characters is perfect. Also inside the box there is a tag on which to have a thought engraved that you can then attach to the ball to make it even more special..I definitely recommend the purchase

This is my first purchase and I must say that, overall, everything has come together. The 7 Jim Shore creations are simply wonderful and in perfect condition. The only blemish is the stain - I think it is glue - present on the Mary Frances designer jewelry handbag. However, having purchased it at a bargain price, I did not see fit to contact Customer Service. The shipping was quite prompt and the packaging impeccable. The prices very competitive.
