Requested product arrived in a timely manner
I had already placed another order on the same site and I must say that everything had gone beautifully I cannot say the same for this order. The order was placed on December 17 and shipped on the 19th(so far so good)but it arrived to me on December 29 and considering that they were Christmas gifts it was very unpleasant. Best regards

Fast delivery time
Great store, great prices, Great packaging. Kind and helpful, they went out of their way to solve a problem regarding the shipment that was late and, contrary to their promise, would not arrive for Christmas due to courier problems. I had to go and retrieve the package at SDA branch 40 km from home to get it on time. Courier impossible to contact and no information about delay and delivery time. Advice: change courier company.

Excellent experience with a serious, professional and transparent company. A few hours after making the payment the box was already ready for shipment and on the same day the same reaches the departure hub. Only serious problem is the courier SDA, as a buyer I would prefer to pay a little higher shipping cost so as to have the guarantee of private couriers, i.e.. Bartolini, UPS, TNT, FedEX, rather than pay less but contact SDA service every time they have to deliver something to my home, unfortunately as always happens with them, the first day of delivery the destination turns out to be absent, then I contact the service in quite gray tones, and punctually their courier, the next day, delivers the package. Other than that, RECOMMENDED SELLER: A+++++
