My package arrived late with exchange problems during shipping...from the 12th that I placed the order it arrived on the 21st thanks to a tip from me...good thing I moved well in advance not knowing the site...otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my goods on time...the Lady who handled my paperwork was very nice and courteous. I hope next time she will be more accurate

The figurine arrived in pristine condition and the speed of shipping was also good, less than a week. The only problem is that the color does not match the picture on the website. In the picture the color of the dress is more intense, burgundy red, while to me it came in an orangey red, and there is quite a difference.

The site is very good, serious and above all convenient; I leave 5 stars for the ease of navigation of purchase and pet the very fast shipping.
