As a first purchase experience on this site, I would definitely call it positive. I found a wide selection of interesting products at competitive prices and, specifically, the product I chose arrived undamaged and in accordance with what I viewed on the site. The only small flaw that did not make me give the 5 stars is the poor notice time between the communication of the departure of the shipment and the attempted delivery by the courier (e-mail received at 11 pm and attempted delivery the next morning) that did not allow me to arrange for pickup. Still, it's a site I would recommend.
