I purchased multiple items in a single order and these were jammed into a single box without padding on three sides of the package. The result: although on the outside it looked okay, once I opened the package I had a bitter surprise; one of the three items arrived with the cardboard torn and the styrofoam shredded, with the statue dancing in it. The site is called "Gift City," but who would gift an item reduced to this state!!!?
