The site is easy and intuitive, once you order the product, they send emails to let you know what status the package is in...... so you know when it's about to arrive...even the courier alerts you that it's in transit! Simply put they are great, ordering a few days early , my Jim Shore "Scottish Santa" arrived in time for the holidays! (... adding to the others already purchased!!!)
