My package arrived late with exchange problems during shipping...from the 12th that I placed the order it arrived on the 21st thanks to a tip from me...good thing I moved well in advance not knowing the site...otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my goods on time...the Lady who handled my paperwork was very nice and courteous.
