I ordered a figure with a defect at a very good price. It arrived with more defects than they said and I contacted them and they solved it quickly. The outer packaging was very well done. Many varieties of stock and competitive prices.

Absolutely not, a damaged item, 20 days for the return, a week for the refund and they even withheld 1.80 I don't know why

Very serious seller. Always satisfied with my purchases. The only downside is the postponement of delivery several times when it comes to pre-order.
