A site that specializes in Disney collectibles (among other things), I recently made purchases of almost 500 euros from them and found them to be very good. First of all, for many items the price is the lowest around on the internet, but then I made 3 separate purchases within one/two days of each other and there were no problems whatsoever or confusions with shipping, they simply shipped everything right away and so the orders arrived on time one after the other, just as I had made them. This is not a given since in most cases problems always occur at the time of shipping, especially during the holiday season. In addition, the site is updated in real time, unavailable items are reported right away and you can't buy them, so what you can buy is available and arrives in no time; this is another thing that those who are experts in online acquisitions know is not taken for granted, most sellers often don't update their site and you find yourself losing days or even weeks in acquiring out-of-stock items and consequent refunds (which then don't arrive...in the worst cases). Last but not least, the customer reward and loyalty system: their virtual points card on one's customer account works well and right from the start, so much so that on my third order, 3 days after the first one, I could already use a 5 euro discount accumulated with the previous 2 purchases. And again, needless to say... this is not a given as many times I found myself dealing with rewards systems that were unclear, didn't work, or took months to accumulate or count. All in all, I found myself very comfortable and if I need again I will definitely purchase here again.

The Christmas period was certainly the cause of the time it took for my order to be dispatched (order placed on November 29th and dispatched on December 12th) but all my parcels have always been delivered with care so we can forgive this small delay.

I have purchased from them several times, as they have a great selection and so many things are only purchasable from them. The packaging is impeccable and the shipping very fast. I had a problem with a damaged item and they replaced it within a week without the slightest charge. Really honest and reliable, thank you very much!
