After there were complaints about the quality, my request was dismissed under the motto "your problem". Wouldn't buy here if you wanted things of quality. As soon as you send your complaint, your account is simply deleted. Sucks that something like this is so big on the market. Under no circumstances should you buy anything here.

A perilous experience! Parcel delivered 10 days late by GLS. On opening the parcel, I was surprised... A piece had come unstuck and an element was missing. This gift was to be given the same day! So I glued the statuette back together. Customer service, on the other hand, listened to me and helped me out properly.
